As we prepare for an exciting 2025-2026 school year, we want to share important information regarding your student's district-issued Chromebook.

To support learning, each student is provided with a Chromebook. Elementary students keep them in their classroom while middle school and high school students take them home. While we encourage responsible use, accidents can and do happen. To protect families from the potentially high cost of accidental repairs or replacement, the district offers an optional Chromebook Protection Plan.

The non-refundable cost for the plan is $25 per student for the entire school year. This plan covers the cost of one accidental repair and provides peace of mind throughout the year.

Enrollment for the 2025-2026 Protection Plan is now open. You can sign up and pay conveniently online through our My Payments Plus portal.

The deadline to purchase the plan is Friday, September 30, 2025.

If you choose to decline this optional plan, please be aware that you will be financially responsible for the full cost of any repairs or replacement parts, which can range from $50 for a minor repair to $300 for a full device replacement.
