Parent teacher conferences for the career center will be opposite of Taylor High School. We will be in person November 21st 12-3pm and in person November 22nd 12-3 and 4-7. We also are encouraging anyone who is interested in learning more about the programs we have to offer to attend as well. We are looking forward to seeing all of our parents.

Austin will be visiting all of the career center classes today selling homecoming shirts designed by our Business student Lilly Real. $10 for small-extra large and $12 for 2XL. They are also for sale in the school store 6th and 7th hour at the high school.
The Snack Shack is now open at the career center. Students can go from 8:30-8:45am, 9:45-10:00am, and 1:30-1:45pm. CB's Cafe will be open to the public soon. Stay tuned for opening details.

Back to School Fair for the TSD students will be at the annex on August 22. Free haircuts, vaccinations, sports physicals, dental screenings and many community partners that are bringing goodies for the kids. Taylor Career Center has partnered with EmergeSkilled to connect our students to career opportunities throughout our community and beyond.
EmergeSkilled is an online platform designed to connect students who attend Taylor Career and Technical Center to career opportunities while providing resources to explore career pathways and prepare students for their careers and job search.
Taylor students will have access to connect to verified companies that can provide students with opportunities for job shadows, work-based learning, part-time, seasonal and full-time jobs.
We are looking for community businesses and organizations interested in partnering with us.
