Hello!
In honor of CTE month we're excited to announce an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the next generation! Our high school students are gearing up for their future careers, and we're seeking volunteers like you to help them sharpen their interview skills through mock interviews.
Event Details:
Date: May 3rd, 2024
Time: There are five time slots to choose from. Ranging from 7:30am-2:00pm
Location: Taylor Career and Technical Center 9601 Westlake Rd. Taylor Mi 48180
About the Event: During these mock interviews, you'll have the chance to simulate real-world interview scenarios with our high school students. Your valuable feedback and guidance will play a crucial role in preparing them for their future endeavors. We will provide you with a rubric and a sample of questions to ask. We will also provide light snacks and refreshments.
Why Volunteer?
Make a tangible difference in the lives of young individuals.
Share your expertise and insights from your professional experience.
Develop your coaching and mentoring skills.
Network with other professionals and community members.
How to Volunteer: If you're interested in volunteering as a mock interviewer, please click here Sign Up or scan the QR code attached. If you could also share this with anyone you know that would be interested in volunteering we need as many volunteers as we can get. We would appreciate it.
No prior experience is necessary – just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to support our youth!
Your participation will contribute to the growth and development of our future leaders. Thank you for considering this opportunity to give back to our community.
For any questions or further details, please don't hesitate to contact me at carly.barnard@taylorschools.net.
Let's empower the next generation together!
