The Taylor School Wellness Program is available to all students attending Taylor High School.  We are on-site, located next to the athletic department. We are also offering telemedicine visits to better assist you.

We are here to provide medical and mental health services for the students!  These services include basic nursing services for acute illness and first aid, health education, risk reduction plans, mental health counseling, and referrals and assistance  as needed.

We operate under Beaumont Healthcare system.  Parental/guardian consent is mandatory to evaluate and treat a student for any illness or injury.  In addition to the consent form, please also complete Patient information Sheet.  Each of these forms may be downloaded, completed and returned to the clinic.
