Career Center Advisory Meeting on June 1, 2016
Another successful Career and Technical Education (CTE) Advisory meeting was held on Wednesday, June 1st. Each teacher wrapped up the year by sharing experiences and accomplishments from their classes. Many were able to brag about students that have gotten jobs in their respective areas, the ultimate goal of CTE classes.
The purpose of an Advisory meeting is to seek assistance and advice from individuals in order to keep our state-approved CTE programs relevant. Committee members provide instructors with recommendations for the continuous improvement of our programs and how to better prepare our students. We are also thankful for the support we receive from business and community leaders.
