How to Change Your Password
In Your Groupwise Web-Access Account

 

  1. Start out by launching your Internet Explorer and going to the Taylor School District’s Homepage at http://www.taylorschools.net

 

                                            

 

 

  1. Once on the page, scroll down to the very bottom where you will see the Groupwise icons.  If you are currently sitting at a computer WITHIN
    the school district (that is, plugged into an Ethernet connection inside of a Taylor School District building or if you are logged onto a wireless
    access point which resides inside a Taylor School District building) click on the icon that says “In District.” (see #1 in diagram below)  If you
    are OUTSIDE of the district (that is, at home, on vacation, or within another school district) click on the icon that says “Out District.” (see #2
    in diagram below)

 

                                                

 

 

 

  1. A login window will appear like the one below.  Type in your user ID and the  generic password and hit the Login button…. (Note: It is best to
    UNCHECK the box that says Remember My Settings just in case you type in the wrong password or if you are at a machine that others may use.)

 

 

 

 

4.  Once you are logged into your account, locate the Options link in the top right corner of the window.  Click on this option….

 

 

 

 

5.  Type in your old password that you were given, then type in the new password that you have chosen to replace it with.  Re-type in the new password
to make sure you have typed it in correctly. Now hit the Save button.

 

                                                                                

 

6.  You should now have a message saying that your password has been saved.
