Curriculum Lab

Welcome to the Taylor School District's Curriculum Lab located in the Professional Resource Center in Taylor, Michigan.  We are a Wayne County RESA Satellite lab!  The PRC is a "Hands-On" Curriculum Lab for educators where all you need is an idea!

We house a large variety of educational related items that enable teachers to use their creativity to enhance the learning experience.  From die cuts to laminating services, PRC's Curriculum lab has what it takes to get your project out of your mind's eye and into your classroom!  We offer services such as copying, poster making, badge making, die cuts, make & take games, journals and word books.  We have everything a creative teacher could need to help make learning fun for students. We also carry a wide range of papers, card stock, pop-up sponge sheets, fun foam, vinyl cling sheets and magnet sheets in every color in the rainbow. If you can dream it, chances are the PRC staff can help you make it a reality!!

The Curriculum Lab provides services to K-12 public and private schools certified by the state of Michigan. The Taylor PRC interprets those who qualify to use the lab as follows:

• Teachers designing, producing or preserving educational materials.
• Parents helping teachers do the same.
• Practicing Student teachers designing, producing or preserving educational classroom materials.  Usage does not include production of college credit homework. 
• School administrators, substitute teachers, educational support staff and PTA/PTO groups may use the lab to design, produce or preserve educational materials.  This includes designing forms, workshop flyers, cautionary signs, operating instructions, school-related fundraisers, classroom and hallway decorations, etc...
