Parent involvement is crucial to our school's
continued success. We need you so we can promote the
welfare of McDowell children, promote a closer
relationship between the home and school in the
training of our children and plan/provide
extra-curricular activities for the enjoyment and
enrichment of our students.
That's why we have formed our new group called P.I.E.
Parents Involved In Education.
There are countless decisions every month that we
need input about and that's why we want you who have
shown that you are interested in what goes on at
your child's school to be a part of P.I.E.
Our first big meetings will be
March 13th. As discussed at the Volunteer luncheon,
our day meeting will be at 8:45 am after you drop
your student off in the Library or come to our night
meeting at 6:30 pm if that's more convenient.
New parents are always welcome. If you need more information, please call the school
and talk to the principal,
Mr. Kunzi as soon as
possible or email him by clicking on his name.
Whatever level you are capable of helping, we
appreciate the commitment that you can give to our
school. Your input matters! Be part of
good team for a great cause - your kids!
