In Memoriam - Mr. paul nowitzke
On January 24, 2017 the Taylor Career & Technical Center suffered a great loss. Mr. Paul Nowitzke passed away unexpectedly. Paul began working in the Taylor School District in 2005. His career started in the CNC Machine Tools program. Six years ago, Mr. Nowitzke became the para-professional in Mr. Robert Murray’s Home Repair and Remodeling class. Over the years, Paul was involved with the Robotics Team, TNT 280. This year he was mentoring students in our Skills USA club. Paul truly enjoyed being at the Career Center and working with our students. He was a wonderful man to all of those that knew him. He was a mentor, a colleague and most of all a friend. He will forever be remembered for his kind heart and the flannel shirts and Carhartt vest that he wore each day to work. Our Career Center family will not be the same without Paul.
