In the Downriver area, sixteen schools participate in a program where certain schools provide extensive services for a particular disability.  These are known as center-based programs.  When a student's home district cannot provide the services the student needs, the student would then attend the district that has the center-based program for his/her disability. The POHI program is Taylor's center-based program.

Our POHI program serves children from preschool to post graduation.  Our staff is well trained in providing services necessary to support students with health-related and/or physical disabilities be successful in school.
